Austin & Jordans wedding on September 4th, 2020 was filled with so much joy and excitement! With the pandemic putting original plans on hold, both decided to continue on in the planning, believing that everything would work out just as it should. With allot of ups and downs in the journey to the alter, it is easy to see that the unprecedented circumstances didn’t get their spirits down, and were able to fully enjoy their wedding day. It may not have been their original date, but the day turned out better than they both expected! Read more below to hear about their wedding from Jordan’s perspective:

J|”Austin and I met through an online app called Coffee Meets Bagel. The day after our one year anniversary Austin proposed while we were visiting Yosemite California right in front of the amazing view of the valley. 3 days later we went to visit the Nest and fell in love, it was the only venue we went to visit and knew right away is was the perfect place! “

J | “We were so excited to start our lives together we wanted to make it a 4 month engagement, but covid had other plans. After a postponed wedding date, scrambling to make sure we still had all our favorite vendors, and battling all the new covid rules, we were about to still have the most perfect wedding. 2020 brides definitely know a different kind of stress! But getting married at the nest made it all worth it and Whitney made getting married in a pandemic completely stress free.”

J|”Our favorite parts of the whole wedding was walking down the aisle and saying I do to forever together. Being able to have our closest friends and family there was even more special! Dancing the night away and party unlike anyone has in 2020 was one of the most amazing parts of the night! We have guests still raving about how breathtaking the venue is.” 

J | “I would say for any future brides planning to get married at the Nest to take advantage of the simplistic design of the venue, you can really make any style of yours come to life and it will be so beautiful! And definitely take advantage of that bridal suite; Ive worked many weddings before and I’ve never seen a suite that fits all the bridal party comfortably! You’ll have a very happy hair and makeup team working there trust me! For sure make time in the night to do a little sunset shoot, you won’t regret it, it’s some of our favorite photos of the night! And finally, enjoy every minute of wedding planning with your spouse and take advantage of having such an amazing family at the Nest to work along side with! “
